From the Warehouse Writers
A little look into our factory
Raw Material
We purchase raw material for the cloth, rubber back, transfer paper, etc. We always have enough on hand to supply at least 12 months of orders.
Cutting to Size
Once we join the cloth to the rubber base, we then cut the rolls to our mousepad sizes so we can then stock them ready to print as you order!
Making Blanks
We will keep pallets of stock for all the sizes we sell, we have stitched and non stitched ready to go so when you order we can quickly print the image and then ship it out ASAP.
Printing
Once you place your order, we print the designs onto subliminal, heat transfer paper. The higher resolution the image, the better! Ideally its 300 DPI CMYK to get the best result.
Heat Transfer
We then place the blank mousepads we created earlier ontop of the image and run it through the heat transfer machine to attach the image to the cloth material.
Quality Check
We always QC orders in bulk before they go to the packaging and shipping areas. This ensures we have a great level of quality, always!
